Three settings, a few steps apart.
The ceremony happens in the meadow, a level clearing edged by old-growth firs with the mountain framed dead center. We keep it mowed, run power to the tree line, and set the aisle to face the summit so your photographs have Mount Hood in every frame. Late afternoon light comes through the firs and lands soft on the whole clearing.
Receptions move into the lodge great room, all fir beams and the original stone hearth Nathan and Claire Vance kept when they restored the property. It seats a full dinner with a dance floor and still feels like a room, not a hall. When the night is warm, the party spills onto the riverside deck, a cedar platform hung with string lights right over the Salmon River, made for late toasts and a quiet moment away from the crowd.

The meadow seats a ceremony of up to about 150 guests in chairs facing the mountain. The great room holds a seated dinner for roughly 120 with a dance floor, and closer to 180 for a standing reception with stations. We host one wedding a weekend, so the resort is yours: no other party down the hall, no rushing you off the deck.
Because there are 54 rooms and cabins on the property, most of your guest list can stay the night and walk to breakfast. We block rooms for wedding parties, hold the whole place for larger buyouts, and keep the golf, spa, and both restaurants open to your guests all weekend.

Every package includes the ceremony site, setup and breakdown, tables and chairs, and a coordinator who has run this meadow through a hundred seasons. Catering from the Rivergrass kitchen is quoted with your menu.
