Warm water, cedar, and time.
A cedar sauna that smells like the forest, mineral pools fed warm year round, and treatments given at the pace of a slow afternoon. Come off the course or the trail and let the mountain go quiet.
Nothing here is in a hurry.
The spa was built into the trees below the lodge, all cedar and river stone, with big windows that keep the forest in the room. The rhythm is simple and old: warm in the sauna, soak in the mineral pools, cool in the mountain air, and let a therapist unwind what the golf and the hiking tied up. Give it an afternoon. It gives it back.

The cedar sauna and warm mineral pools.
The sauna is lined in Western red cedar cut close to home, and it holds the kind of dry, resinous heat that settles into your shoulders and stays there. Ladle water on the stones for a wave of forest steam, then step out into the cold and do it again.
Below the sauna, two mineral soaking pools are fed warm and kept that way through every season, so you can lie back in the water while snow settles on the firs above you. Bathrobes, sandals, and quiet are provided. Phones are not. Every treatment includes the sauna and the pools before and after, so plan to arrive early and leave slowly.
Unhurried by design.
Every treatment includes use of the cedar sauna and the mineral pools before and after. Add either to any service and stay as long as the afternoon allows.
